Collaborative

The National Nursing Home Quality Care Coalition (NNHQCC), created by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), unites nursing homes across the nation under one goal—to work together to ensure residents receive the highest possible quality of care.

Nursing homes in every state of atom Alliance have been working with each other to

improve quality and performance improvement practices,
eliminate preventable healthcare-acquired conditions (HACs) and
dramatically improve resident satisfaction.

They are participating in hands-on learning and action sessions and quality improvement training, using proven interventions and promoting resident-centered care. And you’re invited to join.
