Special Innovation Project:
Nursing Home Quality Improvement in Kentucky and Mississippi
We work with State Survey Agencies and volunteer nursing home facilities in Kentucky and Mississippi to analyze outcomes and identify those measures of quality most frequently cited as posing potential risks to residents. Volunteer facilities work with the Alliance and state agencies to develop and support widespread adoption of effective interventions to address these concerns.
atom Alliance designs tools, resources, training curriculum and educational programs to help facilities ensure safe, effective and consistent delivery of services for residents in long-term care facilities.
Contact Janet Pollock at [email protected], Project Lead, for more information.
You can also search our comprehensive library of online resources, where you can sort by atom Alliance state, initiative, patient or provider focus or simply type in a keyword for quick access to the tools and resources you need.
