2:00 pm ET 		HHQI CardioLAN webinar: Please join the HHQI team with special guest presenter Karen S. Hudmon, DrPH, MS, RPh, Professor and Associate Head for Operations Department of Pharmacy Practice, Purdue University College of Pharmacy as she presents on the topic of tobacco use and health impact.

This LAN (‘Learning Action Network’) is a group extending beyond home health looking to improve cardiovascular care our patients receive. Topics will focus on cardiovascular improvement and the Home Health Cardiovascular Data Registry (HHCDR). Everyone is invited to attend.
