Learning Session 5: The Implementation of Behavioral Care Plans and the Management of Pharmacological Approaches
This session is led by a medical director and nurse practitioner, who walk participants through the steps of implementing behavioral care plans. Staff engagement and training strategies are also discussed.
Objectives:
- To examine the implementation of behavioral strategies
- To provide the tools for monitoring outcomes of behavioral approaches (and adjusting them accordingly)
- To review proper management of pharmacological approaches
- To discuss real case examples of behavioral care plans
