Peter Pronovost, MD, PhD, Senior Vice President for Patient Safety and Quality at Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins Medicine worked with Jan Hill, Johns Hopkins’ Patient Relations Director, to research what bothers patients most about their hospital visits.

The top ten complaints were recently published in Becker’s Hospital Review.
